Why Do My Clients Get Results?
Each of my clients have to fill in a questionnaire online before we start, which makes it possible for me to work out the needs of each client. This lets me calculate everything that I need to set up a program that will give the best results towards your goals. This can be either losing fat/getting lean or gaining muscle! Doing both at the same time can happen but is never the goal since it's not a realistic expectation. You are either in a caloric surplus or a caloric deficit. 

I will put your calories into the PERFECT macronutrient split for your goals and give you a lot of different options in your diet to choose from so that it doesn't get boring!

YOU choose how often you want to work out, and I will work around that. I recommend between 3-5 times a week for optimal results.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
Custom Meal Plan

This is the first step where these extreme diets go wrong. Everybody has a different body, meaning there's different body types. Meal plans are different for every person and that is why I will create a fully detailed and easy meal plan designed to get results for your body type. 

Everything is taken into consideration such as your age, weight, height, level of activity, current condition, goals etc. I will also calculate the macronutrient/caloric target per day. To make sure you this diet is sustainable and you will stick to it, your personal meal plan is based on foods that YOU like! I will not include foods that you do not like or are allergic to. Your meal plan also includes re-feed days, meaning you'll have a higher caloric intake to make sure you are building muscle while speeding up fat loss. The meal plan is laid out with 7 different days that you can choose from, which means you don't have to eat the same foods every day and have an easier time sticking to your diet! As you join this program you will be making progress, which is why your macronutrient/calories target will be updated and changed every 2 weeks. 
Constantly Updated Workout Plan

Together with nutrition, your workout plan is the most important in changing your physique and working towards your dream body. With so many different workout plans out there it's very easy to buy into a workout plan that is either not optimizing the effort you're putting in, or requires you to use steroids. The fitness industry is full of bodybuilders who use steroids to promote their workouts and supplements, just for natural lifters to buy into them and not see the same results. Your workout plan will include the most effective routine for building muscle and losing fat, based on science and a natural approach. Without proper technique you will see less results, which is why your workout plan will include instructional videos for every single exercise! The workout plan will be designed to fit your goals. To make sure your muscles keep growing, the workout routine will be switched up every 6 weeks. It is important to stick to one training plan for this amount of time to make sure we can properly overload on every exercise and get stronger/track our workouts.
Cardio Program

Often people will have the misconception that going out to do a ton of cardio is what will get you the body of your dreams. While it's true that cardio helps you burn calories, it's not as effective as actively working out your body. To make sure you both build muscle and burn calories in the most effective ways possible, you will get access to the cardio program. These cardio programs have been scientifically proven to be the most effective for MAXIMUM fat burning, allowing you to use cardio as a powerful tool to lose bodyfat and get a more defined physique. Due to the different options available, you will be able to choose from different types of cardio workouts. You will not have to stick to just one cardio workout, get bored of it and give up on it.
